Interfacing BERG to Maitre’D:

How it works is simple: Every time a drink is poured from your Berg Liquor Control System, it sends a communication to Maitre’D. Anytime a drink or liquor is rung up in Maitre’D it records that drink. When bartenders close their shift they pull a bar interface report as part of their nightly routine. On that report is an item by item breakdown down comparing what was poured from your bar and what was rang in, leaving a dollar amount discrepancy and what liquor they are off. Interfacing Talon DVR to Maitre’D:

Talon Text overlay to Maitre’D is your eyes on the “shop” when you’re not around. Maitre’D POS send a real-time communication to Talon recording text onto the video image. Interfacing has many benefits. With a Talon interface to Maitre’D you can search for specific words that the POS sent your DVR. Let’s say you get a report every morning from your POS showing all of the no sale transactions by a certain employee. And your concerned about that employee getting into the cash drawer so much and want to know why. With a Talon DVR interface you can then search for the word “NO SALE” in Talon DVR for that specific time period your employee worked and WATCH the entire transaction. It’s as simple as double-clicking the video and you can quickly see the transactions.
